Lunar New Year had been thousand years of tradition. Hanging ‘Cai’ (red cloth) during Lunar New Year is very common and indispensable. The ‘Cai’ is often seen as: to increase in festivity; all things begin new after the year; all things is smooth with blessing, good fortune, joyful, wealth, and prosperity.
The ‘Cai’ will be hanging at the beam of the temple’s front pavilion after ‘Pak Kek Hean Tian Seong Tay’ blessing.
